1. Introduction By participating in the Kheri Initial Coin Offering (ICO), you agree to the following terms and conditions. 3. Purchase Process
- The Kheri ICO token (KHE) will be sold at an initial price of Ksh. 7.80 per token.
- Payment must be made in a supported cryptocurrency or fiat currency as specified on our ICO page.
- After purchasing, KHE tokens will be transferred to the Solana blockchain address you provide. Ensure that the address is correct as transactions are irreversible.
4. Use of Funds Funds raised during the ICO will be used to develop the KHERI blockchain, create any necessary liquidity pool, compliance measures and the listing of Kheri on Dex.
5. Token Utility KHE tokens will serve as the native currency of the KHERI blockchain. They will be used for transaction fees, staking, and other functionalities within the KHERI ecosystem.
6. Token Swap Once the KHERI blockchain is developed, KHE tokens on the Solana blockchain will be swapped for KHE coins on the KHERI blockchain. You must provide your Solana address to participate in the token swap. Tokens will be burned post-swap to prevent double-spending.
7. Risk Disclosure Participating in the Kheri ICO involves risks. The value of KHE tokens may fluctuate. By purchasing KHE tokens, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
